This class was all about printing, an essential step in every photographer’s journey: taking your digital files and ensuring that the colors are rendered exactly as you imagine. This crucial step helped me understand how different papers, their substrates, and ink works together to create a print.

Our final was simple: take everything we learned throughout the semester, capture new photos, and ship off prints to our professor. I continued to follow a subject that I am passionate about: documenting the abundant street art in Detroit.
